We are in manufacturing of industrial machine and MRP run is against the WBS account assignment (MD51) . The FERT item has multi-level BOM and after MRP run for a FERT (having project dependent requirement) , we have multiple planned orders generated and these planned orders have wbs account assignment .
At any time there are apparox 20 different projects in manufacturing , it means we have planned orders for almost 20 different WBS accounts .
MRP execution is being done in R3 and generated planned orders are CIF to APO .
After CIF of planned orders , we execute FIX-PEGGING heuristic so that planned gets linked with their dependent requirement (i.e ultimately with project generated requirement) .
We are required to Finitely schedule these planned orders in PPDS and during scheduling FIX-PEGGING relation should be maintained (means an Order which is dependent on a higher level Order requirement, should be scheduled first ) .
We request you to kindly guide us as what steps need to be followed for Finitely Scheduling these Networked Orders ( i.e Orders having a FIX-PEGGING relationship) .
