Hi everyone,
we are facing a special requirement for Risk Management.
We know that to have a risk analysed you have to create an instance of the risk for each organizational unit, but is there a way to manage a unique risk an let it be analysed trough various organizational units (more than 3)?
How can we achieve this requirement?
Maybe by creating a Risk Template (Central Risk in version 3.0) and creating all risk instances by reference to this one? In wich table this relationship between Risk Template and Risk Instance (Infotypes) is informed?
Any other alternative solution would be highly appreciatted too.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
In risk management 10.0 each risk is assigned to one organizational unit but if you want that one risk is analysed from various organizational units you can perform a collaborative risk assessment and you can set as contributors various users belonging to different organizational units.
Regards,
Daniele.
