System constellation is empty, calculation will not run

When I run Mopz and want to calculate Packages automatically via system mopz said the error:

Systemconstellation is empty, calculation will not run.

But when I do it manually it goes.

Hello,

I had the same error and I fix it with the following task's:

TX SMSY   ->   PRODUCT SYSTEM

choose the system where you get the eror

go to the register header data

check the product version

I my case I press "CHANGE PRODUCT VERSION"

PRODUCT:                    SAP ERP

PRODUCT VERSION:    SAP ERP 6.0

PRESS COPY   and    CLEAN UP INCONSTENCIES

and mark you PRODUCT VERSION    ACTIVE.

Now the Maintanance Optimizer works fine whithout errors.

Please execute SAP_LMDB_LDB_0000000001 and LANDSCAPE FETCH job then reexecute the MOpZ transaction again

I have the same issue has found the solution with above steps

Hi,

Can you please verify Landscape information in your MOPZ solution.

Also check if "Component information " is correctly maintained in your SAP SID. also check if RFCs to and fro are working between solutuon manager and connecting backend system where MOPZ is unable to auto calculate

Connection is ok. If I do a actualization of the components of the logical system it goes but not on the mopz

Now it works. But when the automatic generation of the packages is done the mopz screens that the old system packages are initial shipment.
