Hi Sreedher,
Please check your managed system as suggested in the thread earlier in transaction SDCCN,
And see how many times the refresh sessions are scheduled in the todo tab.
Delete the duplicates.
Inside SOLMAN SDCCN, if the data is being reported for SOLMAN system itself also, check for the duplicates in SOLMAN also.

Sunny

Hi
Thanks Naor and sunny for your valuable suggestion.
I have deleted the duplicates in SOLMAN and in satellite system.
I need to wait til next week whether the issue is resolved or not.
Naor
Please provide me the wiki link for the below as you said.
7.1 so in the work center you need to delete the schedule (check wiki page for it)

Dear Reddy,
Sorry I didn't specifically mention the SDCCNtasks on the managed system.
You don;t have to wait until next week to test.
I created a Wiki page on how to create an Ad Hoc EWA for Solution Mnaager 7.1
Here: http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/x/aQO0Dw
If you are on 7.0(7.01)/4.0 then you can refer to page 28 on http:
service.sap.com\solutionmanagerbp
then search for EarlyWatch and select the EWA Activation PDF.

Paul
Hello,
There should be two periodic tasks scheduled in SDCCN on managed ABAP systems.
Service Preparation and Maintenance Package Task. That is all that should be scheduled.
If you see any "refresh session" or "Earlywatch Alert for Solution Manager" sessiosn scheduled as a periodic tasks, they should be removed from the todo tab, as you can get an EWA for each one.
Most often duplicate EWA reports are caused by misconfiguration ij SDCCN on DSWP where indeed more than one EWA is being created due to the setup.
I would best guess you have incorrect SDCCN tasks scheduled as periodic tasks, when they should be driven by the Maintenance Package task as designed.
Check the periodic tasks in SDCN....typically you only should have the Service Preparation and Maintenance Package.
No other tasks should be scheduled as periodic tasks. While thre are other SDCCN tasks that get run when you deliver a service or perform certain analysis, they are not periodic tasks. I
The other exceptions is when the EWA is being processed at SAP and not on Solution Manager, then there would be an EWA tasks sheduled as a periodic task with the RFC destination SDCC_OSS (SAP)

Hi Paul,
In SDCCN, I am able to see Maintenance package is scheduled as periodic and also I can see refresh sessions like Early watch alert for Solution Manager and for Non ABAP systems but not periodic.
Could you please tell me step by step what needs to be done.
As of now I have changed the scheduled date of duplicate sessions to next to next week.
Thanks for your valuable Support.

Reddy
Hi Naor,
Thanks for your help.
Early Watch Alert for Solution Manager Refresh session deleted once on both satellite system and solution manager.
Just one doubt, need to delete all Early Watch Alert for Solution Manager Refresh session on both satellite system and solution manager.
Thanks & Regards
Reddy
HI
So you need to delete the schedule from solution manager
if you use in solution manager 7.01 so you need to go to tranzaction code dswp - system monitoring - early watch alert
and selete the schedule from there to the satellite system
if you use i 7.1 so in the work center you need to delete the schedule (check wiki page for it)
Best regards
i will be great if you give me some point
Naor
