Can someone post a guide or explain what this means please?

Would be great.

I've also checked SMQR and there I found the status "inactive" by

Hi,

in smq2, double click on the queue which contains more number of messages and in that screen click on unlock and then you will be poped up for the queue, then provide the queue name which is having more number of messages.

Then come back to smq2 initial screen and check. the messages should be processing now. Let me knoew the result.

First, thx for help.

I've executed the SMQ2.

After that I double clicked on one line and at the next screen I clicked on unlock.

Next, the Status changed to "running" and few seconds later to "SYSFAIL" in red color.

I've checked now the transaction MW_CHECK and found the following entries:

***

BDoc Conversion is not completed successfully

Execute report CRM40_MW_BDOC_TADIR_CONVERSION to finish the upgrade.

No generation performed. Call transaction GN_START.

Middleware stopped.

***

Any ideas?

thx

Hi,

First let me know if the remaining messages are all processed. if not, move that message to smq3 ( click on save LUW).

remaining messages will be processed.

regarding the message with "SYSFAIL" you need to investigate it what went wrong. double click it to know more about error.

When I doubleclick on SYSFAIL I get a message, which is like this (I translated it on my own, as I always get the message in german).

BDoc Messagehandling not possible. Middleware not operative.

SMQ3 is empty.

Where do I have to click on "Save LUW", as I could not find this button?

Any idea?

Hi,

you need not to go to smq3.

1. go to smq2

2. go to the message containing SYSFAIL error

3. select that and click on save LUW on the menu.(for further investigating)

4. Then it will be saved to smq3

5. Now you need to check it in smq3.

Let me know if you need it in more detail.

Hi,

Because of this messages all the remaining were in READY status. due to the error you mentioned above, this message was stuck and blocked all the remaining messages. were all the remaining messages processed now?

BDoc Conversion is not completed successfully

Execute report CRM40_MW_BDOC_TADIR_CONVERSION to finish the upgrade.

No generation performed. Call transaction GN_START.

Middleware stopped.

As mentioned above I think you need to execute the report. As I am BASIS guy, I can suggest you on how to clear the queue.

regarding any functional issue, please wait for functional experts suggestions.

Ok,

Now I found another transaction.

In TA MW_MODE the message processing is OFF.

May it be, that I have to turn this on?

Thx

Hi experts,

I've found the transaction SMW01, wherein we have many error and warning messages.

The warning message is very often "Written to qRFC Queue (intermediate state).

So I think, this is the reason for the overflow in SMQ2.

But I can't see any error description.

The BDoc Type is BUPA_MAIN and flow context description = mBDoc Notification.

I've already deleted an entry

But the entries in SMQ2 did not reduce.

Any ideas?

Thx for help
