Hide cost plan

Hi Experts,

As per business requirement,

I need to hide Hierarchy cost plan to all business users and even PM, I can achieve by blocking standard reports, but I hope the cost plan will appear in PPB in cj20n.

Is there any option to hide cost plan in PPB.

Hi,

You can hide the Cost plan in PPB by Field Selection.

Go to Options > Tab Table Area. In field selection Gantt Chart.Click on Field Selection Gantt Chart Button.

List will populate you can hide Plan Cost from there.

Or

Go to Configuration > Information System > Technical Project Reports > Define Profiles for Displayed fields.

Define your own Profile and also hide field Cost Plan.

Same Profile you can select in PPB in Opitons > Tab Table Area
