How to Map Quality Control lab process in SAP QM

Good morning,

please update me for Quality contorl labs what kind of general QM process are required & also guide what is the procedure to make operator training process in Qm module.

if, any one was worked laboratory implements r other kind of projects please provide your contact details also.

First you should ask question to your lab people. Ask them what process they use in their day to day activity then come with the process here and ask question how to map this process in SAP.

Dear

Change Management and Knowledge management both are different thing than that of SAP process mapping. Operator Training Document and Process flow u need to attach with SAP and its objects but if u want to mapp this process then post the actual req and needs in forum so that QM guru's suggest u the correct way of mapping.
