SUP-Mobile workflow (HR-Leave application to be develop)

Greetings to all SUP experts

actually i just switch to SUP and i want to develop the application in mobile, i have seen many scenario is met with my requirement but not getting proper way

so i have some confusion regarding employee leave and approval of that leave using SUP Workflow application..

here i describe my whole scenario

A) first we have setup the sup 2.1

B) setup SAP connection (used Jco3) & we have SAP ECC 6 EHP 5

C) Sybase Control Center version 3.2

this Environment Set as per standard..

for Leave application

we started it as per standard online help which is on www.sybase.com

i got little success in developing MBO..using ZRFC

there is two step(or you may say two MBO) in my development using MBS

1) Leave Create Application

after that approver get notify automatically by SAP for

2) Leave List and Approve/ Reject

for first scenario leave creation application in SUP i create one client oriented MBO using SAP ZRFC.

in this i am able to create Leave from my window simulator / android simulator / BB simulator and the data posted successfully in SAP

for second scenario leave List and Approve/Reject workflow notification i create second MBO which is Server Oriented

but i am not find any way that how to get success in second scenario

is there any component missing for workflow notification ???

appart from this i tried with sample DB and i post one query also
