Sold To Party not captured

Dear All,

We have upgraded Solution Manager 7.0 to Solution Manager 7.1 and Configured Support Desk at one satellite system for testing. Since we are maintaining Ibase for the satelliete system and maintained partner as Sold to party(IB52->GOto -


>partner->Sold To party) .After creating the ticket from the satelliete system, sold to party is not reflected.

Dear Krishnan ,

Try by giving sold to party in the satellite system node as well as top most node in IB52, it should be SOL_MAN_DATA_REP or something like that. That should work, grant reward points in that case

Hi Krishnan,

First of all check if you have maintained Sold-to-party on which level. better to maintain it only at systm level and delete all others from top level. I had fixed this issue in past after maintaining it at system level.

Also check in IB52 if there are two IBase with the same Ext ID:SOL_MAN_DATA_REP. You should remove one of them. You should have just one IBase with the Ext ID:SOL_MAN_DATA_REP.

Concerning the double IBase entries pay attention of the following

So better assign partner at system level and remove all others.

Regargind this issue, please check if Sold-To party is maintained for your system with IB52 in your solman system as the steps below:

SOLUTION MANAGER system

->IB52

->select the system on left hand side

->click on 'goto' on top menu

->Select 'partner'

->Now maintain Sold-To party
