Missing Reply/Confirm/Add attachement buttons in Workcenter and Web UI

Hello,

we are configuring SAP SM 7.1 SP 4

And we have a problem - there are no buttons "Reply/Confirm/Add attachement" neither in solman_workcenter nor in web ui (they are not grey-"inactive", they are not even drawn on the pannel) .

User has roles:

SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_FRAMEWORK

SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANPRO

SAP_SUPPDESK_CREATE_COMP

SAP_SUPPDESK_DISPLAY_COMP

Help us please, because we want our end-users to confirm or rejet incidents by 1-click.

Hello,

in our system we have set  IM_ACTION_BUTTONS_4_PROCESSOR = 'ALL'

and get that buttons in WebUI.

Still are looking for that buttons in CRM UI.

Our local SAP-team tells us that there are no such buttons in CRM UI, only in workcenter...

Hi,

The role you assigned to user could be the processor authorization.

Please check Note: 1502438

After that, please add following entry in table AGS_WORK_CUSTOM:

IM_ACTION_BUTTONS_4_PROCESSOR = REPORTER

FYI, you could maintain table AGS_WORK_CUSTOM through T-code SM30.

1. IM_ACTION_BUTTONS_4_PROCESSOR = 'ALL':

Processors will always see action buttions

2. IM_ACTION_BUTTONS_4_PROCESSOR = 'REPORTER':

As long as processors are assigned as reporter, action buttons

will be visible.

3. IM_ACTION_BUTTONS_4_PROCESSOR does not exist (SP default behavior)

or has any other values:

Processors will not see action buttons

Vikram , thank you for the note 1502438 and explanations.

When I gave the end-user the role SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS and entered "IM_ACTION_BUTTONS_4_PROCESSOR = REPORTER" in the table AGS_WORK_CUSTOM - Reply/Confirm/Add attachement buttons appeared only in solman_workcenter.

But in Web UI there are still no such buttons.

HI,

CRM_UI is different from the Wokrcenter. In CRM_UI you have attachment section below sections. Confirm button is already showing on top. CRM_UI is compleetly new and different interface.

We don't have any Confirm and Reply buttons in CRM_UI. We had looked for them everywhere.

Could you kindly make a screen-shot for me to see them in your system?
