SRM/HR organization transfer

Hi All,

I have imported employee personal ID and other employee information(name, address and organization relationship) from ECC to SRM system via ALE. I have checked in SRM organization structer, employee is created as business partner in SRM organization structer. Please help me to understand the following :

1. How can employee will log in to SRM system ? Please note that we are using NWBC (not portal) for SRM and I am not finding employee ID in SU01d Transaction code.

2. Is there any configuration setting required to provide the employee ID created as SU01d user automatically ?

3. What would be the employee intial password if employee ID will create as SU01D user automatically ?

Hi Jeniffer,

Employee / users needs to be created by the basis team for SRM, then you can find them in SU01d. Then the employees can login to SRM portal . Through HR replication to SRM , users are created in Organization structure but after that SU01 users need to created by basis team.
