Hi Gurus,
I am just trying to execute the Client Proxy in SAP ECC sytsem
I followed the below steps:
Logon to Server ECC 5
1. SE80
2. Choose radio button client proxy -
4. display
5. press F8
After this I got the below error,
SOAP:1,023 SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework: ("ICF Error when receiving the response: ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_F
this proxy created successfully in teh development system but we are facing this issue in QA.
I checked the services in siCF .. All teh services icf_info and icf_check under teh node default_host/sap/public/bc are all active in SAP ECC system.
Is there any service which I have to check in SICF.
I anticipate there is a problem in teh configuartion of logical ports in SOAManager.
These ports are already created but I dont think tehy are correctly configured.
First we have cretaed teh proxies in SAP ECC system.Could you please explain how we can configure teh logical ports in SAP ECC.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks,
Jay.
Hi,
Increase timeout in SXMB_ADM . This should solve your issue.
Thanks,
Apu

Hi,
Please perform this as mention in sap help
Check the host name of the Java central instance in 'HTTP Connections to External Server' in SM59:
1.Log on to your ABAP system as the Search_Admin user.
2.Start transaction SM59 and check the RFC destination ESH_APPL_WS_TEMPLATEENGINE (Connection Type G u2014 HTTP Connection to External Server).
3.Choose the Technical Settings tab.
4.Check the host name and the port of the Java system (usually 5<instance_no>00) in the Target Host and Service No. fields, respectively.
5.If applicable, save your changes and test your settings by running the connection test.

Hi,
Please check if questions 11 and 14 of Michal's blog below (in the Integration Engine section) are already done in your Q system:
http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/weblogs?blog=/pub/wlg/3005
Do you have any other proxy scenarios already running in this Q environment?
Hope this helps,
Greg
