Mail sent twice in SOST

Hello All,

The mail is sent twice in SOST.The code which triggers this mail functionality is not in Loop and when i debug the application it is called only once.The Mailing functionality is added as an enhancement in the standard pgm :SAPFM06P.

Hi,

How you are sending mail? Is it through smartform or through adobe forms?

If it is smartform check the call function part of the code and check whether you are passing any sender and receiver id to the smartform.

If you pass it, there are changes of mail getting trigerred twice.

Check SCOT settings and see whether anything is setup like recipient determination etc.

Hi,

Did you check the configuration for the output type ?

The output type may be configured twice for the processing routine and form.

For example in tcode nace for an output type you can have up to 5 processing routines and 5 Forms for an output type for 1 medium.

In your case, there may be 2 processing routines and 2 forms with same names for medium 5 (External send).

I have only 1 form and 1 form routine for the External send.

If your mail senidng program is linked to output type please check in the message log and check what does it say.

Perhaps one mail is to sender and one is to your outbox ?

No both are sent to the same recipient.
