Hi Experts,
I have added a new User id in my Alert configuration...before that we have maintained this ID in SU01 transaction aswel.
earlier this ID was added as a part of Distribution List...but now we are sending the messages only to this ID..
All the settings are Up to date...
But when i send a test message to this ID..it is bouncing back...it is NOT any external mail ID...it shouldnt bounce back,,
Here is the bouncing mail content.

any valuable sugestion please?

In the earlier distribution list, the email ids were of same domain?
Try configuring another email id of same domain and see what happens

Hi,
Are you using the same mail server details in the new mail id?
Check are you able to see this user in SU01 and the mail id is attached to the same user?
