dear expert,

as i am going to implement QM module . as i have one scenarion like below.

kindly suggecst how to map this scenario.

Scenario II: Finished materials are produced in the reactors. Once the finished material is

produced, reactor is cleaned using solvent. Quality inspection is carried out for the solvent to

check the traces of the earlier material after cleaning. The cleaning is done till the traces found

are within the specified range. The reactor can then be used for the next product.

helpful answer will be rewarded.

with regards

1.Create Qualitative and quantitative char/mic content & % content in QS21.

2.Attch MIC's to task list in QP01. Usage keep for 01 inspection type.

3.Use Inspection points as free define inspection point in Task list header.

4.When you take reactor to clean first time then create a Manual lot in QA01.

5.Use/create inspection point everytime in Result recording ,whenever you take reactor to clean.

Hi,

Create the solvent as a maerial and in QM view, assign Inspn type 89 to it.

Use the concept of Inspection point for inspecting this.

You can use freely defined inspection point for this.

However, for taking UD, use the result of last inspection point.

Create Inspection plan (Inspn type 89) with Inspn point in Header, for this Solvent material.

Use this solvent for cleaning purposes.

Take sample (I don't think you need sampling for this. But, in case you want, use Physical Samping procedure -QDV1)

Create a manual Inspn lot for this with 89 inspn type.

Inspect the solvent for residual contamination.

Contamination level will be the characteristic for this.

You can repeatedly check this single characteristic by using Inspn point, until it conforms to your stds.

Once this reaches the acceptable purity level , - after repeated rinses: Take UD for the Inspn lot.

That's how you can map this scenario.

Hi,

I think, you can create a manual inspection lot with inspection lot origin 89 and carry out results recording for this..

Thanks
