Hi tks,

did you get chance to look after SAP notes #

Note 1605138 - No valid destination server available when using J2EE groups

Note 1566021 - After portal restart the system gives "error: no valid destinations server available for '!ALL' rc=4 "

Note 1475340 - Problems after restart of instance.

it suggests to upgrade SAP Web Dispatcher with a patch level quoted at section SP Patch Level (or higher).

Hi,

Why don't you give some context to your copy/paste error message ?

We don't know your architecture, your SAP softwares used, what you're trying to do, and so on.

If you don't have time to give context and explanations, forum users will not have time to answer you....

Thanks, the context and info is now much better !

I still don't know what is your SAP back office system. What stack does it use ? abap ? java ? dual stack ? both stack ?

You're using an HA cluster. Did you configure the SAP Web Dispatcher to use the DNS alias of the SAP cluster group to find the message server ?

I don't think that your web dispatcher error message is related to your ERS settings.

It seems that the web dispatcher is not able to connect to the http port of the message server.

You shouls also increase the trace level of the web dispatcehr and check the trace file after restarting the webdisp.

Olivier

Only java stack.

The system was working fine before ERS configure.

I made a test : Remove all the profiles of ERS ( undo SCS profile changes) and my portal work just fine.

Kernel cds downloading .... the net in this client sucks .

Thanks ! I will continue to see this sh... problem!
