Hello,

Also review the Application Logs. Sometimes the issue is something simple like the material not transferred originally due to UOM conversion issue.

Hope that helps.

Hi,

this message appears when you want to create Outbound Delivery out of a Sales Order which was previously blocked by legal control.

1) You need to set up correct license Tx /n/SAPSLL/LCLIC01 and determination strategy Tx /n/SAPSLL/CD_MAINTAIN.

After correct set up, just re-check the sales order in Tx /n/SAPSLL/CUHD_MR_EXP

2) If it does not match the license, something is not set up correctly. However you can override this by assigning the license manually in Tx /n//SAPSLL/LCD_CHANGE

Once you assign the license the Sales Order is unblocked and you may proceed with the Outbound Delivery.

Hi,

You need to do the initial transfer of the material first from your r/3 gts cockpit.

Or use transaction /n/SAPSLL/MATMAS_DIRR3 directly.

Hi

Could you check under the Technically incomplete documents for the particular Delivery document to check what parameter is missing? You can go to the GTS cockpit & select the Legal control-Export and select the technically incomplete document. provide the delivery document number in the reference number & execute to find the missing parameter.

Hope this provides some inputs.

Hi Sreekanth,

Can you check that your setting for Document types and item categories mapping are maintained for this item type in GTS SPRO ?

This should help, if not check the application log in GTS - SLG1.
