unable to open ESR or Integration builder.

Hi experts

When I try to open IR by using User "PISUPER" and password " It's says

Error: Cannot connect to server using message server: ms://erppi1:8101/P4

ms://erppi1:8101/P4 '

What would be the reason for this

I can log SLD panel
