unable to open ESR or Integration builder.

When I try to open IR by using User "PISUPER" and password " It's says

Error: Cannot connect to server using message server: ms://erppi1:8101/P4

ms://erppi1:8101/P4 '

What would be the reason for this

I can log SLD panel

Please add the FQDN to the IP address in the host file and give a try. let me know the result.

I add the FQDN to the IP address both server and client but it is not working

is this the only place to change the IP address (ctc/host)
