PI java intigration builder configuration

Hi expert

after configuration PI I need to log to java integration builder panel using PISUPER and password but it says '

Error: Cannot connect to server using message server: ms://erppi1:8101/P4

ms://erppi1:8101/P4 '

What would be the reason for this

I can log SLD panel

1). Please add FQDN to the host file and try again.

2). In Exchange profile make sure below parameters have right values

com.sap.aii.connect.directory.mshttpport

com.sap.aii.connect.repository.mshttpport
