error while doing pgi....

Hi Friends,

One of of user is facing with this error "Batch 0001205824 does not exist for the material 51-7603 in the plant 3203 and storage location 300A " for few deliveries while doing PGI.

we checked in mmbe stock is assigned to correct sales order with same batch for same plant and storage location. but still why system is throwing th error.. kindly please help....needs to do pgi immidiatly.

your help much appreciated..

Hi Babu ,

please check in the material master in the sales-General/Plant data whether the Batch Determination

and appr batch rec.req has been activated.

You can check in TABLE MCHB and MSKA where there is no batch stocks exists

for material / batch.

Thank you very much for your response.

Transaction MSCN2 doe not exists. I maintained records in VCH1 transaction with customer/plant/material combination. even though facing same error while doing pgi.

please help...

babu as per my knowledge ,did u checked batch mgnt in material master in sales genral plant data,dlv item catg check batch determination indicator and other related indicator relevant to batch,order items check activation.

plz know me the right solution
