experts ,

po amount not captured in s_alr_87013558, while user made a PO of 100 and already made grn against that po but inn s_alr_87013558 report commitment amount not captured........help!!!

Run this scenario once again in your test client and this time do no do the GRN. Just create the PO and check if you can see the commitment. I tried it at my end and found that once i do the GRN the commitment value is no longer seen in the report.

In order to check whether commitments are indeed getting captured when you create the PO please check the table COOI for the relevan object.

Hi,

Gokul, wanted to differ with your answer. Commitments costs will be seen in report CJI5 as long as no PO created against Preq.

Once Preq converted to PO, commitment costs will not be seen in CJI5 report.
