Item Doesn`t exist

Dear Sd Consultants,

While changing a sales order the system issue the following error message

Item 000020 does not exist

Message no. V1331

Can any one help me for that error?

Dear SD consultants,

Is it possible to determine a specific quantity from the stock to each sales employee so that if the sales employee exceeded this quantity the system won`t confirm the exceeded quantity?

Can you elaborate for which sales business scenario you are facing this error?

Message no. V1331

As solution may differ from scenario to scenario.

- Note 0420093	Message V1331 with item entry in the sales order
- Note 0127309	Error V1331 when you create sales orders

Caused by configurable item or BOM.
