Print Jobs showing as 0 pages

All,

Please excuse my lack of knowledge regarding SAP first and foremost. I function as more of a Windows Server admin.

Anyway, Our platform is Windows, and our print jobs go through Windows. Whenever a print job print is set to Windows, the pages always show as 0. For instance:

Document 180, USERNAME:000001863900001.P01 owned by username on station was printed on p1000-recpick through port 192.168.75.121. Size in bytes: 78221. Pages printed: 0. No user action is required.

Does anyone understand why this happens? I assume it has something to do with the complexity with the way that the application server is sending the print job to my Windows server.

Thanks!

This also happens with background jobs. The job history within SAP does show a page count, but not on the windows spooler.
