Hi Santosh,

If you go to product view: periodic from /sapapo/ppt1, then you could specify the horizon that you want to see in the selection screen.

If you go via /sapapo/rrp3, then you must be seeing till the time horizon for which you have some requirement or receipt element in the product view.

Check what is teh date for the last element in "elements" view of RRP3.

Thanks - Pawan

Hi,

Thanks Both.

We were going to product veiw periodic through /SAPAPO/RRP3 only. We are unable to see any demand or receipt element in jan2020. Last date when demand or receipt is available is 2013 only.

Unable to understand why last coloumn date is coming as 2020.

Is there any other parameter which influences this date.

Regards,

Santosh

Hi Santosh,

Try this also:

Click on user profiles button (or go to settings-> user profile). Come to the last tab "orders".

See if "selection rule active" field is ticked or not.

If Selection rule is maintained, go to SPRO.

mySAP SCM Advanced Planning and Optimization -> Supply Chain Planning -> Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) -> Order View-> Define Selection Rules for Product View.

Check out the 'selection interval' for the selection rule. Does this have the third option ( Define interval in customizing) checked, and is there a "subsequent period" maintained? This might explain why you see periods till 2020.

PS: When you are in the "elements" tab, do you still see rows till 2020? Just being curious - I have not seen this scenario till now.

Thanks - Pawan

Hi,

Please check if you have the order on Jan. 2020. Usually if you have order on Jan. 2020, you will have last colun on Jan. 2020.
