Hi Simon:

We have run the full sync job , then we have executed batch risk analysis , but in GRACUSERPRMVL table we have not contents and when we navigate NWBC Reports & Analytics tab we have not any graphics.

We have offline analysis set to "yes" in the configuration parameters

Thank you

Have you looked in transaction ST22 to check for any runtime errors or ABAP dump errors?

This might need a customer message to SAP to check whether there were any programmatic errors in this with SP07.

Hello:

We have tried to run offline analysis as a background job when we do it via SPRO.

GRCFND_a V1000 SP07(software component level)

Thank you

The SPRO way will only run the Batch risk analysis which populates the management dashboards (NWBC Reports & Analytics tab).

If you have offline analysis set to "yes" in the configuration parameters, it will also populate the offline content for the risk analysis but to access this information, you'll still need to go through NWBC.

The other SPRO based jobs are mainly synchronisation jobs which might only take a few seconds especially if you are running them in quick succession.

Hello Ajesh.

We have been generated SOD rules, when we executed risk analysis with Tx: NWBC , the sistem run analysis correctly but if the analysis have been executed from Tx SPRO , we do not obtain results.

Thanks

HI Esther,

Have you tried to run it as a Background job when you do it via SPRO? It shouldn't really matter where you execute that transaction from, as it is the same Transaction/Program.

Also, letus know what Support Pack you are running GRC 10 on.

Hi Esther,

Please check if you have generated SOD rules.
