Module Booking Error Message no. HRPIQ00STUDY031

Hi,

While doing module booking through student file getting below error messages "Student XYZ has no registration/re-registration for program. Message no. HRPIQ000721

I checked and found that students in discussion have registrations to program of study for academic year and session. After clicking OKAY button it throw another message "Modules cannot be booked; call them in the display mode" Message no. HRPIQ00STUDY031"

Please let me know if i have missed any configuration step as it was working properly last year.

Check time-limit 0300 in academic calendar for current session/semester.

Hi Prabhat,

We are using standard time limit 0100 everywhere. The error message has started coming after upgrade to EhP5.

Moreover for a student who already have registration to SC, if i click on module booking icon system is throwing error message saying "Student has no registration/re-registration for program Message no. HRPIQ000721" and display modules in display mode, which is really rediculous behaviour.

Hi Vinod,

Check Define Registration/Re-registration mode in IMG. It should set as "US1" if you want to enable registration in Background during module booking.

Hi Prabhat,

The settings for Define Registration/Re-registration mode are left blank to use explicit registration mode.

The issue has been solved surprisingly after maintaining qualification data.
