Able to deactivate type of Inspection even though UD is pending

Hi

Inspection type can be deactivated for the material although the UD has not been made for the inspection lot,only the stock posting has been made.Materials are still in quality pending for result recording and UD.

This is std behavior .If stock is not in QI then deactivating is possible.
