Confirming Activities in specific order

Hi,

Is there any way to setup the system that system does not allow me to confirm activity 20 till activity 10 is confirmed.

I tried with Milestone functions but seems that it is not the solution to achieve this function.

Hi,

Custom code can be written in activity confirmation exit to check whether earlier activities are confirmed. Check exits CONFPS01 to CONFPS05 to see which is most suitable.

I dont want to go vis developement route, is there any config setting/User status/Milestone function etc to achieve this.

Hi Jatinder,

As per my knowledge configuration is available to release multiple activities (Milestone functions) and not for blocking release. The development which I have suggested is low - medium complex, so suggest to consider it.

Hi

I am not sure you can contorl such functionalities throgh configuaration. Because ot that reason, we use User exits to control business functions in defined way.
