Hi
I was wondering if anyone knows which SAP tables the GRC system gathers the Action Usage information from. We run the background job GRAC_ACTION_USAGE_SYNC to pull this data into the GRC system, and can then display it in the reports, but what tables in the backend system is used for this sync. Any information on this would be appreciated.
Thank you
Will
Hello Will,
This one is for 5.3, but there shouldn't be big changes to 10 in this topic: http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/stage/HowSTATfilesworkwithGRC5.3RARAlerts
Basically, GRC works with STAT (statistical records) and CDHDR, CDPOS (change documents).
In case of FF logs, this is described here:
Note 1394281 - Superuser Privilege Management Log Report Content
And also in page 41:

Hi Diego
Thank you for the answer. I beleive that it does cover Version 10 as well. I would assume that the Action Usage backgroung job should therefore be run daily to capture this information in the GRC system and build up a validated history of action usage for remediation purposes.
Cheers
Will
