SRM Customised screens are not working after Microsoft security patches

Hi All,

Recently we have installed Microsoft security patches viz., B2631813 and KB2585542 on our Windows 7 OS throughout the client Network. Due to this, SRM customized screens developed on webdynpro are not working. The screens are loading with very long time with disorder screens.

Please respond if anyone has faced this issue.

Using Internet Explorer?

Somehow the rendered page comes with html and javascript etc, maybe IE treats the page with a security issue, specially javascript files.

You can try with another browser, like firefox 3.6 or < 4

Thanks for the response. I have already tried with Mozilla and Google Chrome browser. but the issue persists.

Hello Satish,

If you say the page was taking too long when reloading, it could be the network problem.

Also, the page was displayed disorder, means incompletely reloaded.

You can consult it with your basis and network guys.

I think this is a internet option problem, try adding the site to the trusted site list in internet setting.. i think the portal consultant would be best guy to help you in this..
