Outbound Delivery not found in EWM

Dear Experts,

I have created sales order/ Delivery in ECC and the delivery has been sent to EWM as well through CIF.

However, in EWM I am not sure how to proceed.

I looked in Outbound Delivery Processing treansactions in EWM, but unfortunately i was not able to see any thing happened in EWM. I could not find any data in EWM. Outbound Delivery request, Outbound Delivery Notification, Outbound Delivery Order were not created.

Please guide me to process the outbound delivery in EWM.

Hi Shetty

Did you check if the integration settings are in place?

Please check if the sloc in outbound delivery is EWM managed. In the processing tab of delivery header, check the Dec.Whse status in the delivery. If the status is 'B', check if the delivery is stucked in the queue.

Outbound queue SMQ1 in the ECC and Inbound queue SMQ2 in EWM.

Hi,

In addition to what Srinivas said the outbound queue as well as the inbound queue are the same both in ERP and SCM.

SMQ1 - Outbound

SMQ2 - Inbound

In addition to this, some error messages that are SCM relevant cannot be seen in the ERP Outbound Queue. In order to see what the problem is please check transaction SLG1 in SCM.
