The ITS could not connect to the Web Application Server or the R/3 System

Hi Team,

We are facing a problem on our ITS server,we are getting the

following error message "The ITS could not connect to the Web

Application Server or the R/3 System"

We have checked all the services are running fine on the ITS server.

Kindly let us know how do we proceed ahead ?

Are you using SAP Integrated ITS (6.40 and higher) or SAP ITS 6.20? If you are using SAP Integrated ITS, please specify the Basis Support Package (SAPKB) and Kernel Patch Level you are using; if you are using SAP ITS 6.20, please specify the patch level you are using.

We are using ITS 6.20 & Basis Patch Level is 69

Which Operating System version and Web Server version is being used for SAP ITS?

windows 2003 Server & Web server Version is 6200.1033.9132.7 (W3SVC/2,type IIS)

Describe your system landscape and mention whether you are using a single or dual host installation, reverse proxies or firewalls. Describe in detail how the issue can be reproduced (transaction name, menu paths, sample values and selections). Attaching a screenshot in addition to the textual description is often very helpful.

We are using Single Host Installation type.

We are attaching a screnshot which gives the idea for reproducing the issue.

Note: ITS webgui is not working on the server host itself.
