In most of the cases that field is unassigned in SRM. If you have an Idea about HR Position & Job then this JOB is nothing but the same.
A brief explanation:
Positions are held by people in the company (e.g. secretary in the marketing department,HR manager). Jobs, in contrast, are classifications of functions in an enterprise (e.g. secretary, manager), which are defined by the assignment of tasks and characteristics.
So if you SRM Org. structure is linked with HR org. structure in backend you can map these fields. Depends how you have done in your system and organization.
