Issue in APO Master Data for some SKUs

Hi All,

We are facing a problem in APO for a few SKUs

- After adding these SKUs to the Integration Model and activating the model, the SKUs get ciffed across to APO but all the master data details that would normally show in MAT1 are not transferred across from R/3.

For example, the SKU description, the EAN/UPC, the gross weight, the volume, the Units of Measure

I fail to understand how some details like the brand, transport group etc are reflecting but others are not.

The details that are already found in APO could be because of the previous successful CIF transfer . The missing details could have been updated in R/3 after the last successful CIF transfer and you could have put a stop queue to prevent transfer from R/3 to APO. Check smqr and see if the queue is registered - if it is not then you have to register it . Also check smq1 and smq2 to see if any queue entries are piled up there

Hi Kyle,

1) Do you have any enhancements for materials by any chance? If yes, you should check them.

2) You could try out running RIMODINI for the Integration Model of the materials. It might help in sending across all the changes.

3) Regarding these UoMs and linked data that is missing - Do you have the same UoMs already in use in some other materials in APO?
