SAP SCM 7.0 with Livecache 7.7
Please help, since it is production i am bit worried
Hello,
The liveCache and SCM installation will not create the XUSER entries.
You only could use the XUSER tool to save the user/password information for the OS user, just for this case.
But if you didn't create the XUSER file => you have NOT it.
"Can some one please tell me how to change "superdba" password for our livecache system. i have password working for all other user, like control, saplcd."
Please see the notes:
616555 liveCache >= 7.4: Password change
25591 Password change for DBM and DBA users
After you change the password of the superdba user in liveCache, you need to update the UPC container files with the correct password, as lcinit script and update tools used the UPC container information for SYSDBA user/password.
You could NOT change the password of superdba < SYSDBA user > user as saplcd < DBA user >.
If you still have open questions/problems => Create the SAP message and get SAP support.

Hi,
Make sure you change the SUPERDBA password as mentioned in the note below:
25591 - Changing the DBM, SYSDBA and DBA user passwords
And thereafter updated the xuser entries:
39439 - XUSER entries for SAP DB and MaxDB
