SAP PS customer enhancement fields.

Hi,

I had add some fields in project definition through customer enhancement. Is there any option to add those fields in T code OPUJ.

As this is the configuration t code. Please let me know whether it is advisable or not.

Hi,

You don't require to add fields for tcode OPUJ. You can make custom fields mandatory in the enhancement code itself; talk to your ABAPer.

Hi,

I have check the link. Method is fine but one has to be carefull when the system upgrades. "114390 which discusses a problem which can occur during an upgrade."

Also, to add fields in project definition you must be using CNEX0006 enhancement. You can use the function exits to write your code and make fields mandatory there itself. It will be an easy and recommended method rather than adding fields in OPUJ.
