billing document is not generated

for All , i am facing a problem in intercompany billing , in billing time i got this error message , please slove this

Hi All,

A company is 100% EOU and its plant is situated in outside India & office in India and it is doing business in India and outside India.

So for business within India what documents are required?

And for business outside what documents are required?

Check in log what Error message it is showing.
