Following are the pros of running Migmon manually
1) Consultant has full control of each R3load process. He can increase or decreased the number of R3load process by executing processes manually.
2) Consultant can restart the failed package , post error rectification immediately. He need not wait till end to get final status of the import/export process and then repeat the failed packages.
3) Consultant may distribute the R3load processes on different Application servers, to make use of its processing power to speed up export/import process.
