Hi,
We have this Invoice archive functionality set in our system (Documentum is used). After checking the configurations, I came across this parameter Storage Mode present in the definition of the Output type (Storage system tab).
And as per my understanding, the invoices having the above output type will be printed and Archived as well. However my question is how does one know the triggering point of Archiving of the invoice. Do we need to write a program which will archive the invoice or is it a SAP standard functionality that once the billing document is saved, the invoice will be archived immediately ?
Please provide some inputs.
Thanks,
Himanshu.
