how can i find the external-strategy option in universe parameters.please let me know the process of it

also the Help files in the application toolbar can be useful

Note 1200238 - How to update an object description in an universe, using external strategy.

says: Go to "Insert" " "Candidate objects", and select the external strategy you previously created (in the universe parameter, click on the Strategies tab).
