Hello,

In SMSY got to the system SID in question and expand it.

Select the ABAP stack

Highlight the production client

Clcik on the Check RFC Button (3rd RFC Button from left)

Clcik on Check RFC DESTINATION button.

It will cehck the *_READ, the *_TMW and the *_TRUSTED RFC conenctions

You have an error on RFC SM_BPDCLNT001_READ, so you should expect to see this and get mor edetails on the error with this check.

Here is an example of the output from a system where my user is not authoried to logon to a trusted system, and the error is on the *_TRUSTED RFC

@5B\QInformation@ RFC destination SM_SLMCLNT803_READ check beginning

@5B\QInformation@ RFC destination SM_SLMCLNT803_READ function checked

@5B\QInformation@ RFC destination SM_SLMCLNT803_READ check ended

@5B\QInformation@ RFC destination SM_SLMCLNT803_TMW check beginning

@5B\QInformation@ RFC destination SM_SLMCLNT803_TMW function checked

@5B\QInformation@ RFC destination SM_SLMCLNT803_TMW check ended

@5B\QInformation@ RFC destination SM_SLMCLNT803_TRUSTED check beginning

@5B\QInformation@ RFC destination SM_SLMCLNT803_TRUSTED function error

@5C\QError@ RFC connection SM_SLMCLNT803_TRUSTED cannot be made (No authorization to logon as trusted system (Trusted RC=0).)

@5C\QError@ Function group SCCA cannot be called in RFC system SM_SLMCLNT803_TRUSTED

@5B\QInformation@ RFC destination SM_SLMCLNT803_TRUSTED check ended

You shoulkd see some error on the SM_BPDCLNT001_READ RFC,

Then you can click to get more details, and there may be additional Long Text data on the error.

This should help isolate the issue. If the RFC shows no errors then it is likely SDCC/SDCCN is not activated.

You can check the status on the managed system. You can also test the back RFC and the REDA, TMW and TRUSTED RFCs in SM59.

Paul

HI

did you check the RFC connection in SDCC in the satelite system

Check :

"SDCCN - got - setting - task specific - RFC connection"

you need to see the RFC connection to solution manager

Hello,

In older systems, it was SDCC.

In SMSY > Environment > Solution Manager Operation > SDCCN Administration

Can you please delete and recreate the entry for the system.

Hi,

Can you please post some more details about the error.

And cross check once more that the system you are adding is linking to the same and the RFCs are for same client.

As per the RFC detail, it seems client 001, So you are adding client 001 of the managed system?

Hi,

Please check on your managed system if SDCCN is activ or not.

In transaction SDCC-> in the top menu, there should be an option to activate SDCC.
