Issue in opening attachment list from SAP WEBGUI

Hello everyone,

Please help me...

I am opening SAP throught WEBGUI. when i open the attachment list of transaction ME23N,

the attachments having type tif and entries maintained in TOA01 are opening without any error.

But the attachments having type TIF and entries maintained in TOA01 are not opening.

I am unable to find the error... However both the attachments are opening without any error in THICK client..

Please help me in this

Hi,

I had the same issue recently & it was because I did not have java installed on my pc. The web gui requires java.
