Error installing SPS09 in NW2004S

Hi,

I've downloaded the SPS09 for NW2004s and when I tried to apply the Portal packages, I received an error in the SCA "KMCBC09_0-10003491.SCA" :

Hi All,

I faced the same problem.

Solution:

run script kmcpkis.sql with JAVA schema owner as per the note 978042 and deploy again.It will go through.

Hello José,

The real error is not displayed in the log section you've pasted. Please scan through the sapinst_dev log and look for errors during the handling of index "KMC_AP_IHR". I suspect that note 978042 may solve your problem, but be sure that you can find the errors in the sapinst_dev log.

If this is not the cause, please go back to the sapinst_dev log and search for errors prior to the one you've pasted in the message. Please paste the portion of the log which gives more details on why this deployment failed.

HI:

I got the same error when applying the Patch 09.

I got this error during JSPM procedure and I could

not find a file "sapinst_dev.log". Are you sure

the file will be generated during JSPM ?

I got the following error in file sdmcl20060915014453.log.

Hi Nathan,

I´ve seen the note that you mentioned, and it don´t apply to the error described.

I found a better post in this forun at I´m waiting for SAP corrections to SPS09 too.
