Hi Matthew,

Thanks for your quick reply!

When clicking on the link in your email, I was redirected to: https://ancile.parature.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=16022. I could not find the white paper over there that you mentioned. Could you tell me exactly where I can find the white paper?

Furthermore, I do not have the option to enter a transaction code in step 2 during the upload of the managed doc (Visio) on the RWD uPerform server (we are using version 4.40). Do you know why?

Kind regards, Carole Kommers

Hi Carole,

Please be advised you need to select a Template file in order to enter a

Transaction code for the Managed document.

This can be seen in Managing Content user manual in http://products.rwd.com

Hi Carole,

1),,Ensure that you always add the original document in as a Managed Document (whether word, excel, visio etc.)

2),,Add in any transaction code that you want associated with the document

3),,When the document has been added to the doc library, assign website context

4),,Add the document to the publishing queue

5),,Publish the document

6),,View as end user

You should chekc out the white papers on http://products.ancile.com.

Hope this helps,
