Adobe form ISR_MSSRCF_SRQ3 - Drop down List values

Hi ,

I have created adobe form by coypying the standard adobe form ISR_MSSRCF_SRQ3 and workflow 17900101.

For one Drop down list field, i added some possible values. Through portal

when I am executing , i am choosing the required value from the drop down.

How to capture the run time selected value and to pass the same to workflow?

In my HCM workflow, i imported the values from form and binded with workflow.

Even after that i am not able to get the runtime selected value.

Help me out..

Through portal when I am executing , i am choosing the required value from the drop down.
