SPL screening with positive list

Hi,

We recently added one of the ship-to in positive list to avoid SPL check. Surprisingly still GTS is randomly blocking the deliveries for this ship-to. Any idea??

Hi Sep,

Have you screened the BP that is on the positive list again using transaction /SAPSLL/SPL_CHSB1PLO(Program /SAPSLL/SPL_CHECK_SCEN_B1P_LO)? Once the BP is screened again in this tx then no matter the result (released/blocked) it will be automatically removed from the positive list. The same can also be said for the negative list.

However usually the cause of this random positive list entry screening is manual changes to the address of the ship-to/sold-to etc in the feeder system document.

In the feeder system please take a document and check SE16-> VBPA -> Field ADRDA.

1. Have you re-checked all previously blocked documents?

2. Is date of newly posted documents after date you have released partner?

3. Have you done any manual changes in partner data during document processing?

Here is my Ans.

1. Have you re-checked all previously blocked documents? u2013 Yes.

2. Is date of newly posted documents after date you have released partner?

u2013 Partner was added in the positive list on 29.01.2012 and thereafter GTS blocking documents randomly.

3. Have you done any manual changes in partner data during document processing?

u2013 No manual changes done in the document address and in the SPL log its showing u2018Partneru2019s address has been identified as entry in boycott listu2019.

Hi Subbu,

Even though you have put the partner under positive list if you check the address of your partner in simulation mode by going to the menu SPL--simulatatiion-Check business partner address for the combiantion of name and country it will be under blocked status.So due to this system is blocked randomly for this address.

First check whether the address of the partner is in released status or in blocked status.
