Duplicate Handling Unit Number

Hi All,

I am stuck with this error where I can see same handling unit no. in two different deliveries. I am not able to figure out why is the handling unit repeating. I checked it in the VEPO table where I see same handling unit no but in different year. So i am guessing it is repeated with fiscal or calendar year. Can any body please help.

I am maintaining number range using SNRO --> HU_VEKP

This could be repeted handling unit number.Check the HU number range is the HU number used before ?.I think you can compare the handling unit number with current number series.

Befor conclude number range before assigned to new delivery is the handling unit is un assigned status 12 (This you can see HU03 transaction ).If yes then there is no problem assigning of handling unit to new delivery.What is the satus of old delivery is it completly receipted or it is customer delivery ?.If it is inbound delivery and completly receipted and the handling unit status before 12 then there is no problem.
