i want to extract price for sales org/distribution channel/ Division/material. which tables can i used .

For extracting price for existing condition record, it is rightly suggested method by Prassana.
If that doesn't suffice your requirement, then create a table with field combination Sales org./Distr. chl/Division/Material.

If LIS configured you can know the information through the T.code's MCTA,MCTC and MCTE or try with V/LD as earlier
suggested.
