SolMan_Setup - Check Prerequistes fails

When running "Managed System Configuration ->Check Prerequisites" job SMSSETUP:AGS_MS_CHECK_PREQ fails with error message "Incorrect call of RSTG".

Have you checked if the managed system actually fulfills the diagnostic prerequisites??

for solman 7.1
