Hi Martin,

Please make sure that the notes 1461849, 1485385, 1548530 and 1590226
are applied in your system in their latest version.

The CONVT_DATA_LOSS dump usually happens in systems where the collective
correction notes haven't been applied.

Also check: note 1415315

Thanks

Hi,

First of all, have you complete solman_setup?? at least initial setup and basic configuration.

Cheers,

Hi Nicholas, indeed the Initial/Basic configuration was completed, so I'm kinda clueless on this error i never faced before.

Im going to update to SPS4 and see if that can fix that error.

I saw this error for Solman 7.0 EHP1, and their respective note, but so far nothing for Sol Man 7.1

Hello,

this error message is typical of Maintenance Optimizer in Solution Manager 7.1 SP0.

Please check the Support Package level of ST 710.

If the Support Package level is 0, then the only solution is to update the Support Package level of the Solution Manager to SP4.

Best regards,

Hi Miguel,

I seem to have the same issue, the problem is, that it also occurs when upgrading SOLMAN itself via MOPZ, so I'm kind of stuck.

Any comment, guys?

Regards. Raúl.

Hello Raul

You can update your Solution Manager without using an XML file so that shouldn't be a blocking factor. The issue seems to be related to component versioning so updating your Solution Manager is the recommendation to follow.

You can download the SPS04 DVD that contains the packages needed to update to SPS04. Upload them you can get going old-school style.

Kind regards

Tom

Thanks, Tom, I'm on it, although the note provided by Jansi pointst to SAP Marketplace and the upgrade is via XML stack.
